Fence Replacement Preparation Deadline Passed

During the 2nd week of April, unit owners who were getting their fences replaced and units regraded were given a notice with criteria that they were responsible for to prepare their area. This included things like removing all shrubs/trees in rear Exclusive Use Area, removing all items a minimum of 5 feet from the building and 2 feet from the fence.

Today those units will be evaluated and given a final notice. Contractors will be contacted and hired to do the necessary work and unit owners will be charged for this.

The Board anticipates that the fence replacement will start in the next week or two, weather and preparation by owners dependent. Please contact the Board if you have any questions.
