Fence Replacement Information

As you are well aware of, we are hard at work to get the 2nd year of the fence replacement underway. With the warmer dry weather comes the ability to do so quickly.

We have plans for the following units to have their fences replaced in 2016:

units 197-209, 263-297, 436-468

As a result, we are asking all affected unit owners – those who are going to have the fences replaced this year – to please note that it is your responsibility to prep your rear EUA for fence replacement activities. This incudes, but is not limited to:

  • Making sure that there is absolutely nothing within 2 feet of your fence line and 5 feet from the unit itself. This includes sheds, decks, etc.
  • All trees and shrubs in your EUA will be removed prior to the work being done. We will be contacting contractors to estimate the cost of any trees/shrubs/plants that need to be removed in the next week to 10 days. Please note that you may choose to have a contractor of your choosing do it, or the Board will have it done at an extra cost to you. The Board found that last year it was very efficient and cost effective to have 1 contractor remove all the trees.
  • Anything else noted on your Spring Inspection Report as noted (to be completed end of April).

We hope to have the fence contractor starting this project in mid May, weather permitting.
