A Note For All Off Site Owners Re: Correspondence with the Board

There has recently been an increase in correspondence from off-site owners expecting the Board to perform Property Management services for the unit owners. Please note that this is not within the Bylaws and not the responsibility of the Board nor its members. Tenants should also not be contacting the Board directly with any non-emergency issues. These should be communicated to the owner or Property Management company, who can then share it with the Board. Thank yo for your attention to this issue.
