On October 14 the board was advised that water was being shut off to certain parts of the complex. This was done without any previous notice. The board understands that from time to time the main water shut off will need to be used in order for plumbing contractors to fix issues in individual units.
Please note that it is the unit owners responsibility to contact the board and get permission to shut off the main water shut off that will affect numerous units. This can be done in advance by contacting the board via email or voicemail. please note that it is not good enough to contact EPCOR and expect them to contact unit owners throughout the complex.
