The Board would like to thank everyone for their hard work thus far on this project. 22 out of 23 units affected by the work being done have responded to our notice and request for site preparation. Although it has not been easy, the Board has worked with unit owners wherever possible to get all questions and concerns addressed.
Moving forward, the Board has contracted both the tree removal and fence replacement/re-grading contracts and have received the following tentative start dates:
Tree Removal – July 6/15
Fence Replacement – July 20/15
Please note that these dates are subject to the weather conditions over the next few weeks.
