Last evening the Board voted to re-grade the rear Exclusive Use Areas and replace the fences for the following units as part of its 3 year Fence Replacement Plan:
Units 163 to 195
Units 231 to 241
It should be noted that the sections selected were chosen due to a)condition of the fence and b) lack of obstructions that may interfere with work completion.
The re-grading and fence replacement is subject to all trees being removed from the rear yards before the fencing work starts. The Board has asked contractors bidding on the project to start/complete the work between July 15 and August 15, 2015.
Each unit owner affected will receive a notice in the next day or 2 with specific requirements.
