The Board has been noticing an increase of items (garbage, toys, etc.) being placed inside the window wells of various units. Please note that it is important for emergency and drainage purposes that those stay clear of any debris.
As stated in your meeting minutes from August 2013, the following Board policy is in effect regarding window wells:
Window wells must be kept clear of all debris, toys, garbage and any other materials or items that would hinder their proper function. Any items discovered by the Board to be in the window well of a unit will be placed in the rear Exclusive Use Area of the unit. The Board is not responsible for any damage that may happen to items being removed from window wells.
